As Executive Director, Bobbie oversees all day-to-day operations at Brasstown Manor℠. She has a professional background in management and bookkeeping as well as over a dozen years of service at Brasstown Manor℠. Bobbie began working at Brasstown Manor as a volunteer shortly after her mother became a resident in 2003. She quickly became the “empathetic listener” for all of our residents, which led her to a desire to be involved at Brasstown Manor℠ everyday. She served as Office Manager and Payroll Specialist for almost ten years before becoming Executive Director. Bobbie’s patience and love for our residents truly exemplifies the Brasstown Manor℠ philosophy. “If I can make the residents smile, by giving them a hug or a kind word, then I feel my day is complete.”
Hannah, a Certified Nursing Assistant, began working as a caregiver at Brasstown Manor℠ in 2015. She moved to the Executive Assistant position to assist with marketing and social media. Hannah continues to demonstrate her ability to multi-task by keeping employee records current, acquiring resident admission forms and records, while providing kind words for the residents and fellow employees.
Nicole Rohan CNA, CMA
Nicole, a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medications Assistant, has worked in several departments at Brasstown Manor℠ since 2009, a tenure which has enabled her to have a holistic view of quality resident care at Brasstown Manor℠. After years of being Clinical Resident Services Supervisor, Nicole took the position of Quality Assurance Director for the Clinical Area. Nicole reviews the care of our residents and keeps important in-service instruction up-to-date for our Caregivers. She has an Associate of Science in Allied Health from Young Harris College as well as a BA in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. “I love working with our residents and families to help coordinate holistic wellness of mind, body and spirit as well as their healthcare needs, with professionals in our community.”
Alicia Patterson CNA,CMA
Clinical Services Director
Alicia, a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Assistant and Pharmacy Tech, has been affiliated with Brasstown Manor℠ since 2001. She began working as a caregiver with superior leadership skills, and became a Clinical Supervisor in 2004 for several years. Alicia has taken an active role in overall caregiver training and helped transition the Clinical and Resident Services Department to implement a streamlined unit-dose medication system. She has set robust goals in advanced training and education for our caregivers. After a leave of absence in 2013 to explore out-patient medical care care, she returned in 2017 to resume care for the residents at Brasstown Manor℠ as Clinical Services Director. As an employee of Brasstown Manor℠ for over sixteen years, she has demonstrated a whole-hearted love for seniors and works had to insure they get the excellent care they deserve as residents of Brasstown Manor℠.
Gail’s smiling face is usually the first thing you see when one visits to Brasstown Manor℠. Initially, she began working part-time at Brasstown Manor℠ but loved the residents so much that she moved into a full-time roll as “the air traffic controller” coordinating resident activity and business operations at the front desk. Gail is able to multi-task by answering phone calls, coordinating resident transportation, responding to questions from visitors, families, and residents — all with a sincere smile and a cheery disposition.
Ashley Moore CNA, CMA
Independent Living Events Coordinator
Also trained as a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medications Assistant, Ashley plans and implements the activities for our Independent Living Residents. Some of the many activities she has coordinated for our residents: include sunset cruises on nearby Lake Chatuge; flower and vegetable gardening; dancing to big band 40’s music under the stars; attending concerts presented by Young Harris College and shows at the Anderson Music Hall at the Georgia Mountain Fairgrounds — just to name a few. “We have packed activity calendars that change every month with experiences and events that make living at Brasstown Manor℠ fun and exciting!”
Assisted Living Activities Coordinator
Teresa has worked in several capacities since joining the Brasstown Manor℠ team in 2013. She loves playing games, hosting parties and holiday celebrations and going on outings with our Assisted Living Residents. She has a special heart for our veterans often hosting recognition ceremonies and teas for those who have served our country.
Kirk has recently joined the Brasstown Manor℠ team as Head Chef. He has over eight years of culinary experience with three of those years in supervisory positions including Truett-McConnell University and Neverland Farms, which is an upscale wedding venue, in Cleveland, Georgia. Chef Kirk has also worked in several fine dining restaurants in nearby Atlanta. He achieved an Associate of Culinary Arts degree from North Georgia Technical College. “Enjoying good food is such an important social and nutritional aspect of our resident’s lives and I’m excited to be a part of that.” Chef Kirk, in his role oversees all food services operations at Brasstown Manor℠.
JC has been a part of the Brasstown Manor℠ team since 2015, where he oversees the overall facility operations and management at Brasstown Manor℠. He has degrees in air condition, refrigeration and residential/commercial wiring from Augusta Tech. JC also has over ten years experience in commercial security and surveillance systems. His knowledge base and love for seniors makes him an important part of the Brasstown Manor℠ team.
