Bobbie Rohr

Executive Director

As Executive Director, Bobbie oversees all day-to-day operations. She has a professional background in management and book keeping as well as over a dozen years of service at Brasstown Manor. Bobbie began here as a volunteer shortly after her mother became a resident in 2003. She quickly became the “empathetic listener” for all of our residents and served as Office Manager and Payroll Specialist for ten years before becoming Executive Director. Bobbie’s patience and love for our residents truly exemplifies the Brasstown Manor philosophy. “If I can make the residents smile, by giving them a hug or a kind word, then I feel my day is complete.”

Hannah Allen

Administrative Assistant

A certified Nursing Assistant, Hannah began working as a caregiver at Brasstown Manor in 2015. Then, she moved to the Administrative Assistant position to help with marketing and social media. Hannah continues to demonstrate her ability to multi-task by keeping employee records current and acquiring resident admission forms and records, all while providing kind words for the residents and fellow employees.

Nicole Rohan

Quality Assurance Director

Nicole, a Certified Nursing Assistant and Certified Medications Assistant, has worked in several departments at Brasstown Manorâ„  since 2009. After years of being Clinical Resident Services Supervisor, Nicole took the position of Quality Assurance Director in the clinical department. Nicole reviews the care of our residents and keeps important in-service instructions up-to-date for our caregivers. She has an Associate of Science in Allied Health from Young Harris College as well as a BA in Healthcare Administration from Ashford University. “I love working with our residents and families to help coordinate holistic wellness of mind, body and spirit as well as their healthcare needs, with professionals in our community.”

Alicia Patterson

Clinical Services Director

Alicia, a Certified Nursing Assistant, Certified Medication Assistant and Pharmacy Tech, has been affiliated with Brasstown Manor since 2001. She began working as a caregiver with superior leadership skills and became a Clinical Supervisor in 2004. Alicia has taken an active role in overall caregiver training and has helped transition the Clinical and Resident Services Department to implement a streamlined unit-dose medication system. In 2017, she became our Clinical Services Director. As a long-term employee, she continually demonstrates a whole-hearted love for our seniors and works hard to insure they get the excellent care they deserve.

Gail Plott


Gail’s smiling face is usually the first thing you see when walk in the doors. Initially, she began working part-time, but she loved the residents so much that she moved into a full-time roll as “the air traffic controller.” She coordinates resident activity and business operations at the front desk. Gail is able to multi-task by answering phone calls, coordinating resident transportation, responding to questions from visitors, families, and residents — all with a sincere smile and a cheery disposition.

Shelby Guy

Activities Director

A recent addition to our Brasstown Manor family, Shelby first came to work with us in March of this year. Bringing a plethora of experience, Shelby first began serving the elderly in 1993 working first as a Certified Nursing Assistant then later a medical assistant. Her upbeat enthusiasm and personality make her such an important part of our community. “This has always been my calling. Supporting them in the transition to our community and helping enhance their quality of life is why I love to do what I do.”

Mike Engborg

Dietary Services Director

Mike first joined our dietary team in July of 2017. After his demonstration of leadership skills and passion for food, he became our Dietary Service Director in December of the same year. Working in the culinary industry for 30 years, Mike has worked in a broad spectrum of that industry from BBQ restaurants to 5 star resorts. “I take pride in my work and have a passion for what I do. Knowing that I am helping to enhance the life of our seniors through my food makes all the difference to me.”

JC Goodin

Facilities Manager

JC has been a part of our team since 2015, where he oversees the facility operations and management. Graduating from Augusta Tech, he has degrees in air conditioning, refrigeration and residential/commercial wiring. In addition, he has over ten years experience in commercial security and surveillance systems. His knowledge base and love for seniors makes him an important part of the Brasstown Manor family.

Richard Shannon

Maintenance Director

Ricky has been a part of our maintenance department since 2015 where he oversees the landscaping and upkeep of our beautiful grounds. Always a helping hand, you can even find him painting apartments or hanging pictures. When asked why he enjoys working here, he responded by saying “The people here remind me of the relationship that I had with my own grandparents and that is something I will always cherish.” Having 10 years of maintenance experience, Ricky and his heart for our elderly make him such an important part of our community

While working together, Susan and Danielle strive to maintain a prestigious appearance of our community while creating a clean and safe environment for our residents, staff and families.
